This position will support the North American BPO process improvement initiatives, by working with the Operation Support staff to document all relevant processes that will be acceptable by ISO standards. This position requires a specific understanding and training in ISO rules and regulations, ISO Internal Audit Certification, extensive project involvement, flexibility, ability to work from home, if needed, introduction to Six Sigma, and a broad understanding of Revenue Management policies, procedures, systems. Must possess strong knowledge of Revenue Management processes and service delivery operations. Strong analytical and problem solving skills in addition to excellent interpersonal and communications skills are required.
