Position Description .
Poclain Hydraulics, Inc. is the North American sales and manufacturing subsidiary of a fast growing, global manufacturer of hydraulic motors and systems. Our rapidly expanding plant in Racine, Wisconsin has over 180 employees. Poclain Hydraulics, Inc. is headquartered in France and has a plant in Czech Republic and we continue to grow utilizing our innovations and advanced technologies.
Job Purpose:
Position is responsible for distributor and OEM sales within a geographic territory. This position reports to the Sales Manager.
***Positions are available at North American headquarters in Racine, WI or to work from home office. Preferred locations are Racine, WI, Central Pennsylvania, Minneapolis, MN, Eastern Iowa, or Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia).
Duties:
Promote and sell product to clientele within a geographic territory.
Maintain profitability &gross margin objectives at clients.
Provide timely &detailed reports to communicate client activity to all concerned parties in PH.
Provide adequate forecasts for prototypes &production requirements.
Aid in production scheduling close gap between client &PH material control personnel.
Skills/Qualifications:
BSME or AAS in Fluid Power degree
Product training as per PH Inc. procedures. 50% travel is required.
