To make
your mark as a Regional Fleet Solutions Manager, you will:

-Establish
long-term regional sales strategies related to ongoing growth with
focus on expanding fleet sales, maintaining CRM, cold call solicitation,
portraying products and services and leverage existing customer
relationships. Strategy will identify short-, mid- and long-term
objectives, targets, market size, and sales approach.
-Develop and implement
a tactical plan for maximizing deal flow to support sales strategy.

-Establish potential volume penetration by evaluating account
metrics.
-Actively generate leads and prospects via cold calling and
other approaches in support of the sales strategy. Drive Boardroom
presentations for fleet products and services via
networking senior level (C Level) management.
-Produce and
maintain ongoing and active prospect pipeline.
-Determine and recommend
profit maximizing measures for clients including but not limited to product
recommendations, fleet cycling, monitor product successes, cost take out
opportunities reaffirming value proposition, tax strategy,
mitigating fleet abuse, etc.
-Balancing client needs with TFS
interests to successfully negotiate and recommend appropriate
pricing, terms, and deal structure
-Manage and execute regional ROE
expectations during pricing negotiations in highly competitive and
mature market.
-Negotiate lease agreement and management
services terms and conditions.
-Maintain regional profitability and expense
expectations (account margins, T&E)
-Ensure timely delivery of
products and services
-Ensure client satisfaction through routine
evaluation of contracted deliverables.
-Determine fleet size and
model mix in order to determine account profitability.
-Act as fleet SME for
clients, recommending strategies and/or direction to successfully manage
their fleets such as establishing fleet policy, etc.
-Participate
actively in industry conferences and exhibitions and represent TFS in promoting
TFS Fleet Solutions products and services.
-Independently navigate
through complex organizational hierarchies and a long sales
cycle

Qualifications
TFS is looking for individuals with
strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates must
have:

- Minimum 10 years experience automotive commercial or fleet
finance industry, in both sales and operational capacities.

-
Comprehensive experience negotiating and closing major fleet transactions
and constructive fleet leasing programs.

- Ability to build
relationships with client organizations executive-level
management.

- Proven success in selling complex financial and ancillary
product.

- Business to Business sales experience with proven results in a
relationship-driven environment.

- Ability to work
independently and manage a large geographic with minimal supervision and
direction

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
is required.

- Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and comprehensive PC
operations is vital.
