You sell and make placements, We pay your temps, fund your perm placements, We pay you weekly!
City Resourcing is a Uk based company having offices in London and Lisbon specializing in providing temporary and permanent employment solutions for its clients covering most disciplines of industry.
We are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Consultans to join us and work from home or their own office, working the hours they want to work in the area of recruitment they know and understand,earning revenue and keeping it! If your making bad comission or even getting it paid monthly after 2 months, stop just making money for someone else! start today and work for yourself!
How this works is as follows:
You provide and are responsible for:
Your own phone line, Fax line and email and have your own pc connected to the internet
You work from home or your office making sales calls and placements, either temporary or permanent
Your own candidate recruitment and registration
Timesheet collecting and forwarding to our payrol.
We will provide and be responsible for:
We will pay your temps weekly and invoice your clients weekly
We will pay you your agreed profit percentage weekly in arrears
We will credit insure and credit check your clients
We will chase your clients for payment and deal with them paying ourselves.
We will do all the hard work so you can concentrate on sales and building your client relationships
We guarantee that you will be the only consultant working in your type of recruitment in your territory
We will provide all our brand stationary templates etc.
We will provide you with all the necessary templates and documentation to help run your office, you will be classed as a City Resourcing subcontractor and you will trade as City Resourcing Medical Leeds for example(if you were doing medical temps in Leeds).
We will arrange an initial telephone interview to make sure that we have no other consultant in your area currently doing your type of recruitment, When you are happy to go ahead you will need to set your office lines up etc and then you can get started.
We will send a procedure manual with how we suggest you operate with all the templates on how we require information to be sent to ourselves on a weekly basis, IE New starters etc and timesheets etc, but apart from that we can have you up and running in a few days!.
Profit Payments
We are currently offering the home based consultants role on a comission only basis at 40% of all profit margins on temporary assignments and 60% on permanent assignments.
We pay our consultants margins direct to them weekly!
