Responsibilities:
Strong ability to source and screen technical talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
Proven success in placing technical consultants (contract, permanent, temp to hire)
Diligent follow up with candidates and customers alike to build relationships and match candidates to client needs
Utilize creative sourcing techniques and network with consultants
Qualifications:
