Drive the broad deployment and ongoing support tasks associated with Collections Work at Home Agent initiatives across business lines (Real Estate, Auto, Cards, Personal Loan and Commercial). Implement and execute the delivery of projects required to support Collections Work at Home Agent initiatives. Scope projects, coordinate meetings, document meeting minutes, work with business and process mapping department to create process flows, create project task plans, and communicate to the stakeholder groups the status of projects, and follow up to insure tasks are completed timely and correctly. Research what is required to set up new process improvements, productivity improvement, and system enhancements. Perform cost benefit analyses. Manage the cross-functional groups that could be impacted by a new project. Work with Default Control to establish required controls and MSAs. Liaise with systems resources to resolve problems. Analyze current processes to assist in recommending enhancements to more efficiently meet the needs of the business.Maintain and deliver audits of at home workstations. .
Job Requirements: .
Minimum 5 years project management or lead experience.
Knowledge of applicable technology preferred (e.g. Citrix, IP Agent, Telephony, etc.). - Experience in deploying staff for remote work.
Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project are required. Database skills a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Must have highly developed analytical abilities, able to analyze situations, challenge assumptions, develop analytical methodologies, present/defend conclusions and recommend action plans
Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines .
