The Human Resource Management Association of Southeastern Wisconsin is an affiliate chapter of SHRM, the world s largest human resource management association. We currently have an opening for a temporary position to help manage our day-to-day operations.
This position will be responsible for:
General administrative work including copying, faxing, printing, mail assembly and phone service
Preparing agendas and keeping minutes of monthly board meetings
Communications with members through newsletters, ads and post cards
Processing member renewals
Accounting and bookkeeping duties including managing account receivables and payables, bank reconciliation and processing dues and program registration transactions.
To qualify for this position, you must have:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Great organizational and multi-tasking skills
Knowledge of Web site maintenance helpful, but not required
Availability to attend meetings and events as required for registration, site visits, set-up, minutes, etc.
