Description:
Mom Corps is seeking a motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial experience to join our fast growing company. We place highly qualified and experienced professionals into contract and part-time permanent positions with some of the nation's leading firms. As a Regional Vice President, you are responsible for the development and management of both client and candidate relationships in your market area.
Work from home with a very flexible schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop clients in your region and identify work opportunities
Recruit and staff for the work opportunities
Be expert in your area, know where to advertise, know how to generate viral marketing campaigns to reach professional level moms, know what networking events to attend or present
Experience:
Some past sales experience preferred
Passionate about helping to create environment for professionals who desire flexibility to balance their family life
Willingness to build a new regional office from the ground level
Ability to work independently and without much existing structure or process
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Team management experience
- Presentation, public speaking and/or sales experience
Ability to do all levels of work (from cold calling to meeting with a C level executive)
Salary:
Incentive based pay
