Location: Los Angeles, CA
Description:
Mom Corps is seeking a motivated self-starter with entrepreneurial experience to join our fast growing company. We place highly qualified and experienced professionals into contract and part-time permanent positions with some of the nation's leading firms. As a Regional Vice President, you are responsible for the development and management of both client and candidate relationships in your market area. Work from home with a very flexible schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop clients in your region and identify work opportunities
- Recruit and staff for the work opportunities
- Be expert in your area, know where to advertise, know how to generate viral marketing campaigns to reach professional level moms, know what networking events to attend or present
Experience:
- Some past sales experience preferred
- Passionate about helping to create environment for professionals who desire flexibility to balance their family life
- Willingness to build a new regional office from the ground level
- Ability to work independently and without much existing structure or process
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Team management experience
- Presentation, public speaking and/or sales experience
Ability to do all levels of work (from cold calling to meeting with a C level executive)
Salary:
Incentive based pay
