Job Description:
Unit Description: Sodexho is seeking a Manager of Housekeeping / Custodial Recruiting within the award winning Talent Acquisition Group of the Human Resources Department. The Manager of Recruiting will perform full cycle recruiting for management level talent throughout North America and across business lines including Healthcare, Education / Campus / Schools, and Corporate Services focusing on specific disciplines related to housekeeping / custodial management. The manager will provide team leadership of Senior Recruiter direct reports to include hiring, training &development, performance appraisal, coaching and discipline; facilitate one-on-one and team meetings with recruitment team and key operations partners; provide project oversight and facilitate development and implementation of recruitment strategy for an assigned discipline or geography. The best qualified candidate will demonstrate a strong, independent work ethic and a passion for providing customer service. They should invest heavily in their own personal development to stay abreast of new, innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to sourcing diverse talent and ensuring that established processes are followed and documentation is complete and accurate. Working from home, the Manager of Housekeeping / Custodial Recruiting reports to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. The position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on achievement of critical success targets. ~cb~
Position Posting Title: Manager - Recruiting
Position Summary:Interviews and recommends placement of candidates for exempt and nonexempt positions. Seeks out sources of candidates including colleges, job fairs, etc. Administers the employment process including; Career Center, background checks, pre-employment tests, references, offer letters, etc. May assist line managers with the placement of employment advertising. Compiles and analyzes recruitment data to identify trends and guide recruitment strategy. Develops annual HR/employment/training plan for assigned area. May coach and counsel management in other areas of HR including performance management and improvement, employee relations, legal issues, etc. May travel extensively. May supervise one or more recruiters.
