Position Description .
Our client is a rapidly growing construction-only insurer. If you are the successful candidate for this position, you will work from home and report directly to the Home Office. All office equipment is provided plus a company car and expenses.
You will conduct on-site safety and health risk assessments. The primary objective is to minimize and control the risk of losses for the clients and the company.
By identifying clients that have taken proper control of operational risks, you will help them save premium dollars and, at the same time, contribute to the company's bottom line. After investigating accidents, you will identify possible causes and make recommendations that will prevent recurrence. In addition, you will prepare periodic safety and health presentations.
Principal responsibilities include:
On-site safety assessments;
Evaluate present policyholders;
Utilize written reports to communicate you findings to Underwriting; Claims and management;
Evaluate claims history and make recommendations for reversing adverse trends;
Using multi-media resources, present safety talks tailored to specific organizations such as Home building Associations, governmental departments and policyholders;
Become familiar with and maintain rapport with governmental regulatory agencies.
Make periodic territory visits.
Territory will consist of SE Wisconsin and perhaps Northern IL. Scheduling will be done through assignments from Home Office.
