We have several openings for Spanish-speaking RNs with clinical experience in our Cypress, California office. As a Healthcare Decision Support Coach, you would help our members make positive healthcare choices by giving them health and wellness advice (over the phone). This is an opportunity to step away from direct care while improving members' health. There are varied shifts available-with shift differential pay-including days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend required. After the chosen candidate has proven his or her ability, there may be a work-from-home option. Key responsibilities of the Healthcare Decision Support Coach include: Handling inbound calls from assigned members who are seeking information Assisting members with finding the appropriate care and provider Helping members affordably manage their conditions Consulting on treatment and general health decisions Researching information online and in our internal data banks
