As a Health Coach in our Tonawanda, NY office (near Buffalo) you would provide triage, patient education and treatment decision support to our members over the phone. Key responsibilities of the Health Coach include:
Helping our members make informed decisions about their treatment
Providing education and follow-up to help members become proactive with their health
Making referrals to physicians and facilities
Documenting all calls
Meeting quality metrics
Qualifications .
The chosen candidate must possess:
A current, unrestricted RN license in your state of practice
A substantial clinical background
Strong assessment skills and an excellent phone demeanor
Computer proficiency
Additional assets include:
Experience as a nurse in a medical office
A background working in a telephonic role
Sales or marketing experience
A Bachelor s degree in nursing
