Our company, Ascent Executive Search, is a well established recruiting firm specializing in the legal industry. We work with the largest international law firms and regional firms in placing individuals in the areas of Legal Technology, Marketing and Administration. The formation of Ascent Executive Search is the culmination of decades of combined recruiting experience in the legal industry. We are seeking a dynamic, aggressive sales individual to join our team and experience unlimited financial success.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We at Ascent Executive Search provide the framework for an entrepreneurial candidate to work independently from his or her home office and create their own virtual business. We take care of the technology, accounting, access to industry specific websites and job board postings and other business expenses which will free you up to pursue your goal of creating your own business and attaining your financial goals.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience in executive recruiting or a professional in the legal industry who would like to create his or her own business with the autonomy that this structure would offer. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Exposure to the legal industry is a big plus.
WHY ASCENT?
Although we strive to be as successful as possible in our industry we also prefer to work in a low-stress, congenial atmosphere where wisdom and strategy is shared to benefit one another. I, as president of the company, am not a champion of micro managing. I have worked in search firms where phone calls are counted on spreadsheets and sales managers organize self-ingratiating meetings. That is not us.
