One of the top 10 national bank-owned insurance agencies, according to the American Bankers Insurance Association, with more than $140 million in revenues is experience growth and is need of an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their South Bend, Indiana team.
This newly created Employee Benefits Sales Executive opportunity gives you the organization s Brand to stand behind with the flexibility of no territorial restrictions and multiple products and carriers to offer to your clients. The individual will focus on small to mid-size companies (25-250 employees) with the ability to use over 100 carriers to best serve your prospects.
We are looking for someone that is a team player, assertive, success driven, able to work from a home office with minimal supervision and can work with a remote support staff. We are looking for a TRUE SALES PERSON!
Experience needed:
3-5 years of successful Employee Benefits Sales
Bachelor s degree from 4-year University in a related field required.
Exceptional relationship development, communications, prospecting, presenting, selling skills required.
Must be able to work independently without immediate supervision.
Must be licensed for Life and Health Insurance Sales
RHU and/or CEBS certifications a plus
