Our client is looking for an enterprise application developer to build the next generation HCM applications. They're not looking for someone with vast experience in legacy applications. They're building innovative solutions fresh from scratch and moving at the speed of light. This company is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution provider using ground-breaking OO and SOA technologies to meet today's business challenges. People who enjoy working in this type of environment would thrive at this company.You will engage with clients to implement CRM/ERP software packages, and each client environment is different. You will need to have a solid background in Web Services and Object Oriented programming.This will be a combined consulting and development role, so you will also need to have excellent customer facing skills.
Required Experience
Requires 5+ years experience designing, coding and supporting enterprise software applications.
Experience developing software focused on usability is a must.
Requires BA / BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
Enterprise development experience with object oriented technology is a big plus.
Experience developing solutions for multinational requirements is desired.
Specific HCM functional experience is quite helpful (e.g. benefits, payroll, leave and PTO, staffing transactions, compensation, performance
management, recruiting).
Experience developing SOA solutions is desired.
