Duties and Responsibilities: Duties: The DB2 Database Specialist: * Demonstrates knowledge of DB2 administration for z/OS and related products. * Completes the following: * Database Design * Construction * Tuning * Backup and Recovery * Works with Application Staff to develop solutions to business needs. * Maintains Stored Procedures (SP) use in replication process. * Maintains JCL used to perform Database Management.
