Job Description
Gaucher Associates Inc. is a national company located in the Boston Area specializing in writing Affirmative Action Programs for companies throughout the U.S. that do business with the Federal government. Due to continual growth of our business we are once again seeking to add to our staff of consultants.
The ideal candidate will have Human Resources experience, including experience writing Affirmative Action Programs in a corporate environment or as an outside consultant.
Job requirements include a strong desire to maintain expert knowledge of Affirmative Action legislation and current and proposed rules and regulations, the ability to effectively manage compliance audits, and the ability to represent Gaucher Associates to clients and represent clients to the Department of Labor in a professional manner.
This position offers the unique opportunity for work/life balance via the ability to work from home (although we do have a corporate office) and to control/govern your workflow and thereby, your income.
