Description: Commercial Real Estate Lending Officer needed! A dynamic, FDIC-insured national bank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Officer. The bank fills an important niche nationwide in the commercial real estate lending area. From the construction of new buildings, to the rehabilitation of old properties, their lending philosophy is to provide a common sense assessment of each transaction's unique characteristics. This opens the door to a broader range of client-focused lending solutions to meet the demands of today's market. This is entirely sales oriented. They are very aggressive in sales and average production per loan officer is $50 million per year. The Lending Officer is expected to have a working knowledge of credit analysis and underwriting, but will not perform any of these duties, as everything is handled in corporate.
