Job Description .
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work for our fast growing Citrix Consulting Company based out of the Far Western Suburbs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Citrix MetaFrame or Presentation Server experience required.
Licenses and Certifications: None required, however A+, Network+, CCNA or MCP would be a strong plus. Any Citrix Certifications highly desired.
Knowledge of: Citrix MetaFrame and/or Presentation Server, Technical Troubleshooting, PC and Server Operating Systems and Registry, TCP/IP Networking and strong customer service principles and skills
DUTIES:
Answer telephone/email requests for Technical Support
Document customer Technical issues
Create Technical documentation including Customer/Sales proposals, Support Procedures and System Health Check results
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Must be highly detail oriented
Self starter
Highly motivated
Complete necessary self study and exams for Citrix and Microsoft certifications
CRUCIAL SKILLS (Mandatory):
Must have excellent telephone manner
Ability to work alone on a daily basis
Must be able to utilize internet search engines to find technical solutions
Must be a highly reliable
Customer focused skills are essential
A keen interest in Citrix is a must! Part of the daily duties will include completing self study materials to improve your technical skills and gain certifications. After a 90 day review, this position has the potential to become a part-time work-from-home opportunity for the right individual. Candidates must be able to pass a Technical Interview.
