JOB MISSION SUMMARY Management professionals develop and implement strategies and policies to direct our operations, subsidiaries, major projects and functional groups. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work on the AWCA Sales Implementation team - Lead/manage all aspects of a project such as planning, coordination, development, implementation while prioritizing work, resources and time - Flexible work location, work from home option - Responsible for customer implementations from inception, through design, construction and testing - Manage relationships across multiple functional (business and IT) areas both internal to AWCA as well as customers and external consultants - Ensure the end state of the project meets business objectives and that all deliverable and due dates are met - Extensive work with data files including EDI transactions. Map proprietary EDI formats to the AWCA standard 837/834 format - Work with AWCA business and IT teams to identifies gaps and recommends enhancements to existing systems and processes as well as new products - Development of Business requirements for new systems and processes required to support the Sales/Implementations team SKILLS: - Work with data files required - Work with 837/834 HIPAA transactions helpful - Proven track record meeting project dates and deliverables - Project management experience - Technical aptitude - Work Comp and/or Pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.
