Outside Sales Rep in Worksite Marketing/Voluntary Benefit Sales!

Take a look at the rapidly growing world of supplemental employee benefits. As a sales representative for Colonial Supplemental Insurance, you'll discuss benefits with employees and help them find solutions. You'll gain the freedom to establish your own goals, and you'll get the training and support you need to achieve them. Colonial Life is a 70 year old company with over 50,000 businesses anda leader in voluntary DI and Lfe sales. We are looking for reps in the Puget Sound Area to work out of our Bellevue District Office (#4 in the nation in 2007).

Market Opportunity: Health care costs keep going up and employers face tough decisions when deciding how to manage these costs. Employers are looking at ways to reduce health insurnance costs, have their employees understand and appreciate the benefits they pay so generously for and are looking for ways to provide a robust benefit package with little or no increase to their bottom line.

Offer employees more choices so they can choose coverage to meet their personal needs.
Provide education to the employee such that they understand their full compensation plan as we are benefits communications and enrollment counselors

Position Highlights:

Business-2-Business sales with calls to high level business owners to add additional benefits at no cost
Secure/exclusive territory
Top reps can easily earn $100,000 with training from the top Manager in National with over 12 year experience in industry
Highly competitive with the other voluntary carrier as we work with brokers, large account and specialize in "benefits communication" - all at no cost to the employer
Reps who commit to a proven system of success will earn a minimum of $50,000 with unlimited income beyond $100,000 first year (home based)
