Wonderrful partners, a very collegial setting, and A plus work describe this opportunity. This small branch office is looking to hire one and maybe two attorneys at the mid to Counsel Level. This a premier practice representing independent directors of mutual funds, mutual funds, and investment advisors including fund mergers. Blue Chip clients. They will look to you to run deals and projects on your own. The partner who heads this practice is located in DC and is wonderful. He describes his firm as family oriented. They have attorneys who are part time as well as others who work from home a couple days a week. This group is just super busy. At the counsel level, you do not need any portables.
