My client is a privately held medical device company that specializes in minimally invasive spine technologies dedicated to preserving anatomical movement. Founded in 2005, they are rapidly becoming a leader in their niche industry. They are lead by a winning team of professionals of engineers and experts in the industry that have launched their products to the forefront of spinal offerings
I am currently looking for an Area Manager for a Great Lakes Territory. This is a player/coach role in which the ideal candidate will sell directly to Neurological and Orthopedic Surgeons as well as manage a team of distributors.
The ideal candidate will posses the following:
10+ years of Medical Sales Experience
5+ years of Spine experience
Extensive experience calling on Orthopedic and Neurological Surgeons
Sales Management or Distributor Management experience is strongly preferred
Ability to work from home
Track record with in the industry of increasing market share with in territory
Ability to travel up to 50% with in the territory
Compensation:
100 125K Salary
Total compensation first year will range between 230- 250K
10K 20K in company equity
Car Allowance
Home office set up
Full comprehensive Benefits
