Job Description: Agency Relations Representative
Responsibilities
* Accomplish successful business development and promotional activities * Distribute information to agents * Assist with basic underwriting questions and training of agents * Assist in monitoring or coordinating audits in agency production, timeliness, changes in habits, or management * Assist in performing profitability analysis * Conduct or assist with quality control review, implementation of recommendations, and follow up on progress * Develop reports for management, assure accuracy of data, and investigate discrepancies * Determine and advise agents on action necessary to effect accurate and complete reporting * Selected candidate will work from home with time spent in offices in Lancaster or Philadelphia as needed Minimum Qualifications
* Knowledge of policies and practices of title insurance industry * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail * Ability to communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing * Ability to analytically recognize problems, determine solution, and initiate corrective action * Ability to represent the company in a professional, positive, and courteous manner * Bachelors degree in business administration, management, or related degree with two years experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
