ACQUISITION REPRESENTATIVE
Acquisition representatives are expected to handle both inbound and outbound call functions and provide an overview of the AARP Healthcare Options benefits and services. Additionally, the Acquisition representative will send information packages to individuals who are interested in enrolling in one of our insurance products. Coverage options include Comprehensive Insurance for member s ages 50-64, Medicare Supplement plans, Long Term Care, and Dental Plans. Acquisition representatives have an intricate role in the customer experience and the growth of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to identify customer needs through active listening techniques
Confident and persuasive with strong verbal communication skills
Flexible and receptive to frequently changing programs, procedures and priorities
High School Diploma, or GED
Detail oriented, with ability to multi-task (system navigation while providing customer solutions)
Bilingual Spanish skills a plus which will earn extra compensation!
