As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for soliciting B/C mortgages and services from mortgage brokers, bankers, credit unions, etc. You will manage credit quality and productivity goals. You will also originate mortgages that adhere to credit standards while provide training to brokers and bankers regarding credit guidelines, compliance, procedures, etc. In addition, you will seek out cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications .
Minimum of two years of B/C sales experience
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the local geographical B/C marketplace
Ability to develop contact lists
Working knowledge of credit and loan documentation and originations
Team-oriented
Possess good time management and organizational proficiencies
