Web Developer PHP MySQL Full Time
Description
Growing technology firm in Windsor, CT has immediate opening for a full time Web Developer to perform website development and maintenance for a broad range of clients.
Ideal candidate will have 2+ yrs experience, hate micromanagement, be well-organized, enjoy working in a fun, laid back environment, comfortable with multi-tasking and be able to work independently within a team environment.
Hours are 9-5 at our location.
Candidates will be asked to provide examples and/or detailed descriptions of their knowledge and experience as well as review case studies during the interview.
Requirements
Please note, below requirements must be addressed in your resume /cover letter to be considered for an interview
Candidate MUST:
be able to hand code (i.e. you could create a functional website with only a text editor and an ftp client if you had to)
have 2+ yrs working experience with HTML , PHP / MySQL (or equivalent), CSS and Javascript
have a working knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent
possess strong time management and organizational skills
have strong knowledge of the Web (popular sites, trends, user friendliness)
have strong general computer knowledge and skills (Windows, Office, etc or equivalent)
be able to work out of our offices (this is not a work from home or contract position)
