Description
Young, growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company needs a senior executive with a minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in the following areas:
Call center management - sophisticated call center operating 21 X 7 X 365 with 85 seats and 30 plus CSRs working from home.
IT management - 10 person IT department undertaking development as well as maintenance functions for telephony and data center operations.
Payment processing - 25 person department handling both paper and electronic invoice processing.
This is a hands-on position that has daily contact with customer service, finance and sales. The company is pioneering a new BPO sector in the maintenance and repair of multi-site facilities for large retailers, restaurants and financial services. .
