Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Test Coordination, Team Leading, Performance Testing, Load Testing. A good understanding of performance engineering and testing. Defining and producing test strategy, test planning, management/ coordination of testing resources, test reporting, client liaison. Working on client sites and must be willing to work away from home and travel to work. Some excess hours will be necessary from time to time and some assignments will require working away from home.
Basic Qualifications:
Has held the position of Scaleability or Performance Test Lead or similar with at least two different clients and or projects, has managed or coordinated testing teams and has proven experience in working with and communicating face to face with senior programme and client management. Preferably but not essential, experienced in the HealthCare systems. Degree level or equivalent and minimum ISEB Foundation level certificate in testing, preferably Practitioner level. A strong background in technical IT solutions and IT development projects. .
