Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions:
Writing test cases and test scripts from project documentation, producing and managing test data, executing tests, producing test metrics and test status reports, . Working with various clients in all industry areas and stages in the testing Lifecycle, including System, Integration and Acceptance testing.
Basic Qualifications:
Solid experience in an independent testing role and a demonstrable ability to lead, guide and coach others in a testing team. Skilled in the use of defect management tools, volume and or performance testing tools and test script management tools. Preferably but not essential, experienced in Government projects, HealthCare systems. Degree level or equivalent and minimum ISEB Foundation level certificate in testing, preferably Practitioner level. A strong and proven background in technical IT solutions and IT development projects. A high degree of personal mobility is required as the working on client sites and various CSC sites is necessary and therefore candidates must be willing to work away from home and travel to the work. Some excess hours will be necessary from time to time. .
