Project Scope: Tech will work on Problems, moves, and installations in the Reno area. He or she will need to be on-call to handle after hour emergencies. Strong Option and BCM experience is needed.

Key Responsibilities: Working on PBXs, BCMs and voicemails (nortel equipment) in the Reno Nevada area. Tech needs to be a self starter and to manage work load to handle problems and changes for Nortel phone equipment.

Job Qualifications - Competencies:
1) Option 11-81 CERITIFIED Expert Required
2) BCM &Key System Expert Required
3) Symposium Intermediate Required
4) Call Pilot &Mer MAIL Intermediate Required
5) OTM Intermediate Desired

Other Info: Contractors will work from home and be dispatched to customer locations.

Minimum Job Requirements: 5-7overall Telecom experience. 2-3years Nortel Experience
