This company provides HIGH-TECH solutions that answer regulatory mandates in one, easy to install device. 8X GROWTH IS PROJECTED FOR OUR MARKETS over the next 3-years in two product lines. We are a niche market technology provider who delivers specialty computer hardware/ software solutions, provides professional consulting solutions centered on the implementation and customization of the products sold.
The technical product is primarily sold to business Technology CTO, CIO managers and policy managers of public companies, although it requires close interaction with the customer s IT department. Fundamentally an enterprise technical sale, this position requires a self-directed, motivated, knowledgeable, team oriented, creative, energetic individual who presents well on the phone, and has an aptitude for cold calling decision makers.
In this sales position, you will own the complete sales process from lead to close. The sales process generally involves the scheduling on-line demos and installation of evaluation units in the customer site, which you will coordinate with a technical support team.
The sales cycle requires cold calling to research potential clients and to communicate via telephone, as well as through written correspondence and sometimes evolves in-person presentations to policy makers, qualifying, negotiating and closing deals along with a demonstrated ability to understand client needs and sell solutions.
You will have a proven track record at achieving and exceeding measurable goals. After a short instructional program you will work from home as an independent representative/contractor and get web and phone support from the home office. You must have a high-end computer, phone and high-speed internet access.
Extremely Strong Commission Compensation Plan While in training, our most recent addition has generated 3 potential orders from just 40 cold calls in the first 2 weeks, due in part to the high market demand for a solutions and our product s ability to meet all the customer s needs quickly and easily... Individual orders can range from $15,000 to $800,000 and are projected to averaging $75,000 per customer at a 10% COMMISSION.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible to generate leads and close new business opportunities.
80% phone time to call new and existing clients.
Make 30-50 cold calls per day to make initial contact by working through gatekeepers and have the ability to influence the right decision maker and close new business. Relentless day after day cold calling
Helping clients with network applications &network configurations.
Articulate technology solutions and the value they bring to the client
Respond to RFQ and prepare quotations
Build customer relationships
Consistently develop territory and build funnel for future sales prospects
Prepare Scopes of Work
Communicate with clients
Willingness to travel (~10%).
Prepare and submit weekly call and status reports on time
Meet periodic reporting requirements such as expense, sales forecast and revenue forecast in a timely manner
Utilize resources such as sale engineers, product marketing, subject matter experts and management to drive value propositions
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Enjoy technical selling to principals and top management of Small and Medium Sized Business (SMB) accounts.
Experienced Sales Professional with proven sales ability and confidence to build credibility at all levels of an organization and proven ability to close deals with C-level (CXO) executives as well as IT Administrators.
5-7 years computer technology sales experience technology sales, network devices, data storage, IT management, wireless, telecommunication device, network services, VOIP, and Enterprise Solutions experience in a business-to-business environment is strongly preferred. IBM, HP, Sun, EMC, Cisco or other appliance sales experience preferred
Success technical product sales track record selling to Fortune 1000.
Professional, dynamic, engaging, and confident phone-presence.
Experience with consultative selling &proactive customer service and the ability to understand customer's needs &provide solutions
Being a self-starter with demonstrated time-management, detail oriented and business-organization skills is absolutely critical .
Highly disciplined to work at home undistracted and effectively
Excellent planning and time management skills to optimize phone usage/time.
Excellent written, and verbal communication and people skills (both oral and written in English)
B.S./B.A. or some college with emphasis on business, marketing, or communication or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, customer contact applications, internet connectivity, networking technologies and web based applications.
Ability to turn objections/rejections into sales
Proven sales track record of consistently out performing all others .
Proven record of sales quota overachievement
Ability to leverage current customer relationships a plus
COMPENSATION
Substantial Commission - Earn $100,000+/yr (10% commission, bonus) on high-ticket appliances and services.
