Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical skills
Good customer interface (people) skills
College degree in related field
2 years experience in Tech writing
1-2 years experience with customer training or technical support
Experience setting up on-line help systems
Knowledge of accounting and/or Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plus
Job Description
Achieve expert knowledge of our accounting software products
Write Users Guides, Release notes, product specifications and other technical documents for our software products
Setup application based on-line help systems
Write and present training webinars for users and resellers
Create recorded training videos for our products
Interface with resellers and end-users to diagnose and resolve technical issues with all Mekorma products
