Territory Manager
Job Type: Full Time, work from home office

Compensation: 100% commission with draw + bonus
(expected income in first year is $100,000+ with no cap on earning potential)

We are currently recruiting for Territory Managers to develop and maintain business relationships in the protected assigned territory. Quotas are established to reward and measure performance. The role is paid via highly competitive commission with a monthly draw component and a graduated bonus potential program.
Key responsibilities that result in your financial success include:
Delivering established sales targets
Develop and maintain referral producing relationships (working with attorneys, structured settlement brokers, financial advisors, etc ) through participation in key conferences and on site visits
Close sales by effectively managing the sales process with the annuitant (consumer) from first contact to funding while managing the involvement of third party participants such as financial advisors, lawyers, insurance/structured settlement brokers, family members etc..
Ongoing development of product knowledge, sales skills and sales/relationship management techniques
Keys to success include:
Strong understanding of personal financial concepts (cash flow, budgeting, debt management etc )
Effective communicator
Desire to earn top income levels from a pay for performance compensation model
Superior relationship building sales skills and can ask for the business
Strong interpersonal skills relating to and working with people at various levels and job positions.
Your qualifications include:
Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience (maturity an asset) with a particular emphasis on selling in a commission driven environment,
Proven track record of relationship sales success
Experience in financial services such as mortgages, insurance (annuities), real estate is a definite asset.
Post Secondary education preferred
