*Oversee the Medical Management Department, including: precertification, concurrent review,discharge planning, case management and disease management
RN, Case Manager - Salary to $60,000 plus bonus!
*assist with the development, organization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities related to the outcome management of assigned patients
RN, QI Manager - Salary to $60,000 plus bonus!
*Establish standards of care designed to uphold quality of care provided to members and act as a clinical quality resource to all departments and other entities
RN, Medicare Risk Case Manager - Salary to $60,000 plus bonus!
*responsible for ensuring that members assigned receive accurate medical diagnosis coding with respect to the medical record documentation and responsible for the integration and implementation of the Quality Improvement program.
