Position Summary:
What the Successful Candidate needs to do:
Prospect for and develop relationships with shippers requiring temperature controlled transportation throughout central and southern Florida
Manage and grow relationships with current shippers in order to increase temperature controlled revenue streams
Work closely with customer service to ensure customer expectations are met and/or exceeded
Ensure timely collection of receivables from key accounts
Successful Candidate s Background
Where the Successful Candidate will come from:
Experience selling transportation solutions, preferably to shippers that require temperature controlled transportation
Outside sales experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, from a home office with minimal or no direct supervision
