Job Description
Client has an opening for a Production Support Analyst to work in supporting their software product. Responsibilities will include second level Help Desk support of the production which would include a high level of understanding the application. This unique position will involve working in the office for three days during the week and working at home on Friday and Saturday to answer calls. You will have a laptop and a cell phone and will be able to dial in to investigate and troubleshoot the problems. During the work week you will do various networking or PC tasks which might include building servers, configuring machines or development activities. This will be a job with a lot of variety and challenge. Requires experience in a Customer Support environment and experience with third party software support. An understanding of how a database works and knowledge of database management tools is important. Also important is a basic understanding of routers and DHCP. This job requires that you work from home on Friday and Saturday to answer trouble shooting calls and that you work in the office 3 days a week. This is a permanent full time position with benefits.
