We are a non-profit home health care agency dedicated to providing quality care to patients in Clarion and Forest Counties. We are located in beautiful northwest PA between Erie and Pittsburgh. There is minimal office and paper work, and most work can be done from home. We have a great staff, offer full benefits, and allow our PT's the flexibility of setting up their own schedule.
Job Duties Include:
Providing direct physical therapy services to patients
Setting up your own treatment programs
Traveling to patients homes
Working with 5 - 6 patients a day
Preforming minimal paperwork/charting
Making your own schedule
We offer Mileage Reimbursement, Laptops, and Cell Phones for our full time physical therapists

Bachelors degree as a Physical Therapist
Current license as a Physical Therapist
Clinical experience
