Our Client Partner is the leading provider of services and products to the Multi-Housing Industry. Furthermore, our Client Partner is a significant supplier for several best-in-class equipment manufacturers including the Maytag brand, being the nation's largest distributor.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting for and generating new accounts.
2. Servicing accounts.
3. Achieving sales quotas and goals.
4. Winning new business through assertive prospect methods via cold calling by phone or person.
5. Building long term relationships with key decision makers.
6. Working from home and utilizing telephone and computer to conduct business.
Requirements
1. Bachelors Degree
2. Prior history of winning within competitive environments such as sales or sports.
3. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
4. Ability to work in fast pace environment and meet deadlines.
5. Must be articulate and an effective communicator.
6. Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills.
7. Strong relationship building, presentation, prospecting and closing proficiency.
8. Minimum 3 years successful outside sales experience in the multi-housing market.
9. Prior Sales Success derived from prospecting, presenting and closing new business.
10. Must be able to work from home based office.
11. Ability to engage prospects via telephone.
12. Must be computer literate. Word, Excel and Internet.
