Roles and Responsibilities:
* Lead and guide the client on strategies to best use Oracle CRM applications within client's infrastructure.
* Support and guide client on reporting requirements
* Support implementation of Oracle CRM Application suite.
* Document, validate, and test business process functionality in the Oracle CRM Application software.
* Contribute to high priority requests generated by either the development team or business team to support resolution of production problems.
* Identify and implement process improvements increasing organizational capabilities.
Needs and Requirements:
* 4+ years experience as a Oracle CRM Functional Consultant
- Service, Sales, Advanced Pricing
- Opportunity to Global Forecast
- Service Contracts to Renewal
- Call to Resolution
* Expert analysis of Oracle CRM Applications module interactions, as well as vendor provided application process workflow and best practice configuration alternatives
* BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field.
