The primary focus of the engineers will be in understanding what the troubleshooting skills gaps are with the customer's regional operations, and to teach effective troubleshooting skills and collection of diagnostic data.

These engineers will document methods of procedures for gathering diagnostic data and for differential diagnosis hardware troubleshooting.

The hardware will be principally CMTS (uBR7246VXR and uBR10K), and small switches (e.g. CAT4 or 10720), and 7600.
