Description
We have an awesome opportunity for Licensed IL (Illinois) Loan Originators or Loan Officers. Earn up to 95% commission on all fees minus $500 per file. You start at 85%, and as soon as your gross income for the year is over $15,000 for the YEAR (not monthly) you move to 90%. Then you'll move to 95% once your annual gross income is above $97,500 (for 2007 and adjusted with the social security wage cap annually) . The reason we can do this is certain employer related taxes fall off as your income goes up.
This is the highest payout, and the most you can make without having to go through the high expense and trouble of opening your own company. Many of you who will join our firm, are currently at 35-50% commission splits, and will essentially be getting a raise of 45-55%. There's no easier way to make more money in a given year, than to give yourself a raise by keeping more of your own hard earned money. I have been an originator for over 10 years and know what's important to loan officers. I believe I have something very unique to offer Licensed Illinois Loan Originators, that truly make this a win win partnership.
Here are some of the main benefits of partnering with us in addition to the high commission splits:
We have awesome processors available who know how to close loans fast, and communicate with all parties involved. You pay the associated processing fee. Processing is not mandatory, so feel free to process your own loans.
We have lots of lenders with hundreds of loan programs to choose from. We also get premium pricing with some of our lenders, which you get. We're open to signing on your favorite lender if we're not already working with them. We work with lenders that do conforming, non-conforming or Jumbo loans, ALT-A, Sub-prime, Commercial loans, Stated income, No Doc, etc. NO FHA/VA
At Home Mortgage Corp. is licensed in IL, FL, &CO. I personally have the ability to lend in an additional 33 states through my relationship with a state chartered thrift that's exempt from licensing in another 33 states. Big Loan amount states like California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Connecticut, Delaware, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Oregon, Wyoming, and many more. The additional cost for these states is only an additional $500 or 10% of the fee, whichever is greater.
We use Encompass anywhere, the best LOS on the market. Loan officer is responsible for setup and monthly hosting cost.
Electronic signature technology enables you to get your application and disclosures signed by your borrower instantly online vs. having to overnight them to your borrower, saving you time and money.
We have a special contract with a title company that will go to your borrowers home or office anytime for signing of the closing docs. Cost: $450 which includes the closing fee, title insurance up to a 600k loan amount, plus courier and recording charges apply.
We have set up relationships for you to order your business cards, marketing materials, &websites all online.
We can pay you an advance within 24 hrs of us getting your funding check. Regular Payroll done monthly through ADP.
You must work from home or have your own office. We have very limited desk space at our home office, which we rent for $500/month if you live close to our office. We recommend shared office suites if you must have an office to work from.
This is a 100% commission position. You are a W2 employee.
You must be an IL licensed loan originator / IL Loan Officer with at least one year of experience, and close a minimum of two loans per month on average.
We do not provide leads. You must have the ability to originate your own loans through your referral sources. We also do not provide any traditional company benefits such as health insurance or 401K. Our goal is to be able to provide you with the highest commission split in the industry, and we can't do that if we try to provide expensive benefits. Our loan officers agree.
We do not do FHA/VA loans, but have lenders that can match or beat these programs.
I believe in integrity &honesty is paramount and expect the same from our loan officers. Loan fraud &unethical behavior will not be tolerated.
