Pegasus Financial is an established, energetic mortgage banker / broker with a strong referral oriented focus. We offer a wide array of products from "A" paper through sub-prime, Hard money, and alternative paper. We are an aggressive mortgage company, focused on customer service. Excellent communication and customer skills are a must. You must have or be willing to obtain a DRE license. We are looking for good people to work with us, not necessarily for us. If you re a lone wolf and are looking for something special, please give us a call.
While we are looking for experience, we offer a great training program which focuses on growing referral business in addition to providing leads to help you obtain business now. REALTOR CONVERTS will be considered, since that is how some of our best producers started. You may also be able to continue to sell Real Estate while you are getting your loan production going.
Did you earn $60,000 or more last year as a Loan Officer? Do you have a desire to build a business that produces consistent results year after year? Are you an insightful and compassionate individual of high character? Do you have a strong desire to earn more than $100,000 per year?

Skills/Requirements
You will be responsible for handling client questions and concerns, along with consulting with those clients to determine the loan program that best fits their needs. We work on getting the job done now, and about the clients next loan as well. We have a comprehensive turn-key program to keep your name in front of your clients for life, and to get referrals from them before, after, and during the transaction.
