We currently have an opening in our Washington, DC location. The mortgage sales team in this office originates residential mortgage loans and works in conjunction with Tenacity's condo redevelopment division, Tenacity Tenant Conversion.

Our loan software allows the flexibility to work from home or anywhere
Work alongside Tenacity s real estate agents, at our condo conversion Open Houses.
In-house processing &underwriting allows our sales people to focus on selling
Our loan operations team nets an average loan turnaround time of 7-10 days
Cold calling is not a requirement of the position
Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription) and 401 K
Requirements
2 + years mortgage sales or relevant experience
Proven Track Record
Outstanding Work Ethic
Ability to work independently
College degree preferred
