Fantastic recruiting opportunity with a small, but growing and stable Biotechnology staffing firm. Based outside of Nashville, Tennessee, Accord Scientific is seeking a highly motivated, hard working and dedicated recruiter with solid recruiting experience. This is a work from home opportunity with the ability to create your own schedule and earn as much as you put into it.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential Life Sciences and/or Clinical Research professional for various pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients throughout the Southeast.
Maintain candidate relationships on an on-going basis, while developing and maintaining profiles in resume database.
Conduct reference checks, format CV s/resumes, and make submissions where appropriate.
Some Account Management required
Attend networking events/associations and become and active part in the biotech communities throughout the Southeast
Must have the ability and drive to work from home
Independent and creative thinking a Must
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in a staffing and/or corporate recruiting environment
Must be familiar with contract, contract-to-hire and permanent staffing options
Ability to work from home, computer and office/desk/phone
Ability to travel 10-20% when necessary
Familiar with Word and Excel, and any resume database/tracking system
Self-motivated and independent
Desire to grow a small and stable operation
Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology background preferred
