be able to document problem resolutions clearly for future reference
by Support. Help with technical zSecure enablement/training efforts by
sharing product knowledge with IBM personnel. Provide customers
guidance on zSecure installations, if advanced technical product
knowledge is needed. Depending on location, may consider Work at Home
arrangement.

Mainframe Information Security experience (RACF, ACF2)
z/OS system environment experience
zSecure knowledge or experience with other RACF (audit and admin)

Maintain customer Problem Reports (PMR s) in the IBM Problem Tracking
Tool

Experience and understanding of security practices, principles and
security technologies. Technical knowledge in RACF, ACF2 and Unix
environments. Able to resolve technical product problems and, if
necessary, provide details on product issue to Engineering to develop
a fix.
