IT Technical Recruiter (work from home)

Description
We are looking for an individual to assist with our recruiting efforts for IT candidates. Your job responsibilities will include finding qualified candidates for positions at many large organizations including NASA, US Customs, FBI, etc.
Your typical day will be informal and most work can be done from home assuming responsibility has been shown. Technical job openings will be given to the recruiter to attempt to find qualified candidates to fill open positions. Qualified candidates will be found primarily through the internet and contact will be via email and the telephone. Thinking "outside the box" is also another good quality trait that we will be looking for to improve your chances of placing candidates. Starting salary will be between $20K-$25K + commissions. Commissions should range between $25K-$50K/year starting out (total of $45K-$80K/year). All medical/dental/vision will be included. A candidate will have good flexibility with this position, but will require extreme responsibility because of that flexibility. We are expecting the position to start in March. Job Qualifications:
College Degree Preferred
Very driven and responsible
Ok with the idea of a low base salary, but opportunity of endless commissions
Flexible work hours is preferred. 40 hours per week is expected, but hours may change depending on what positions are available. (Most work will be done from home)
Very good communication skills
Good General IT knowledge is required
