Job Description
As part of ourCorrespondent Home Equity Sales Team, the Home Equity Correspondent Account Executive will be responsible for marketing Chase Home Equity products to theCorrespondentcommunity in theFloridaregion with a highly active sales call regiment. You will be responsible for soliciting lending institutions so they may be approved correspondent lenders and educating and training correspondent customers on the Chase Home Equity process and product set. Develop and manage customer relationships, with an emphasis on growing the territory with high quality, high production customers. You will keep informed of trends and developments in the markets serviced, as well as changing rules and regulations pertaining to both private and government insured mortgages by attending sales meetings.Other responsibilities include meeting established production and sales goals, interacting with a central operations center, partnering with other internalaccount executives,and effectively managing a pipeline.
This is a work from home position focusing on theFlorida region.
? Minimum of one year mortgage origination experience
? College degree or equivalent
? Correspondent sales experience preferred
? 1st Mortgage and Home Equity product and underwriting knowledge
? PC literate
? Knowledge of Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, Internet Browers preferred, ACAPs knowledge a plus
? Strong written and verbal communication
? Self-starter, working from home, with excellent customer relationship skills
? Must be able to work independently and remotely from home.
