We are seeking qualified, high level, seasoned Help Desk Technicians who possess in-depth knowledge and experience for a wide variety of client environments. Immediate and exciting position available for a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to provide Level I &II technical support. Problem resolution to include but not limited to determining the cause of the client s problem, identifying the issue, and timely resolution with follow through notification to client or end-user. This position is full time and the associate will work from home. Must have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2K &2K3, plus Microsoft Server 2K &2K3 is preferred. Working knowledge of MAC and MAC-based products is a plus. Must also have ability to quickly learn and support specialized software. Must have minimum 5 years experience with a progressive held desk from an enterprise environment. Industry certifications relevant to the position are a plus.
